Here at SmileMclean Dentistry, we offer sleep medicine services. Dr. Fred Farahi can treat your sleep-disordered breathing. This includes snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. With the use of oral appliances to aid in your treatment, Dr. Farahi can help you get a good night’s sleep.
Dr. Farahi and Dr. Etessam know their patients have a choice in several different areas, so at SmileMclean Dentistry we go out of our way to deliver the level of care and compassion we would want for our own families.

My experience with doctor Farahi has been very pleasant every time. He love for his work shows with his interaction with patients.

I have been a patient with Dr.Farahi and Dr. Etessam for a while now. They are the best Dentists I have ever seen! Dr. Farahi does a great job with veneers and crowns; they look so natural.He gave me a great smile. Dr. Etessam is great with small children. She is gentle and professional taking great care of my children. They love going to the dentist. They get to pick out their own movie and visit the prize box afterwards. Dr. Farahi, his office staff, Dental Assistants, and Hygienist have taken great care, and offered the very best dental services for myself and my family for over a decade. We are always greeted in a both professional and personal manner, and every effort is made to accommodate our schedules. Parking is free, and there are always available spaces. The dental equipment is updated regularly for a modern and painless dental experience. The office is bright and clean, and each chair has a window view. Highly Recommended.
Dr. Fred Farahi is one of the best dentists in McLean. I had a pleasant experience every single time at their SmileMclean office. The dental assistants are super caring and friendly.
I brought my son to this practice for his first dental appointment at age 3. It wasn’t long before I switched to this practice even though my dentist at the time was close to my work. I have had both regular cleanings and some major reconstructive work here. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr. Etessam, Dr. Farahi, and their staff.

Being a patient of Dr. Farahi over the past 20 years has been an absolute joy! He’s so personable and takes the time to actually get to know his patients. The facility is always clean and the staff are incredibly sweet! I can truly say that I love this place and would recommend it to anyone in need of an amazing dentist!!

Great dentist. He works hard and shows results. I needed cosmetic work and visited multiple places. My front teeth were in very bad cosmetic shape so I did not expect perfection. But perfection is what I got which is why after I was asked to review him, I am doing so.

Dr. Farahi is an excellent professional dentist. He is very through and describes you very details of the problems he observes with your teeth and involves the patient in making decisions. Not pushing you through unnecessary procedure. The office atmosphere is very calming and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. In a nut shell, Dr Farahi and his staff are there to take care of you and not take your money.

The dental hygienist, was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during the teeth cleaning part of the visit. Dr. Farahi has a great bedside manner and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
