As a person with 9 DOL approved work related treatable conditions, I know what it’s like to be tossed around from doctor to doctor, never being listened to, treated like a dollar sign, given pills and shown the exit, etc..etc…but that all stopped when Dr. Chen started treating me.
One of the many reasons that he is so highly regarded by his patients is his bedside manner, ie. people skills. He explains things at my level, and I never feel that any question I have is stupid, or is going to go unanswered. For someone like me that has worked for the P.O. for over 20 years, I want a doctor that understands what we go through on a daily basis, and treats me with respect and dignity. Dr. Chen and his staff do exactly that.
