Premier Medical Aesthetics began in early 2018 as Aesthetic Laser Specialists in Carlsbad Village. We grew very successfully and recently relocated to a newer, bigger location near the La Costa area of Encinitas and Carlsbad! Our team of Kyndra Mckinney, RN BSN and Nicole Dowler, RN BSN are now joined by Dr. Frances Segal, MD and we invite you to stop in!

Go see Nicole for any of your skincare or Botox needs! I’ve been seeing her for years to help get rid of my fine lines, and man does she really know her stuff. She only advises you on what she thinks you need, and would never push you to go for more if she didn’t think you needed it. She has helped me keep my youthful glow in a natural looking way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gentle touch, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else near my face but her. Their new office is also beautiful, calming, and has easy parking. 10/10 recommend!
I would definitely recommend PMA! I’ve had multiple laser treatments with Kyndra and Nicole does my injectables. They really know their stuff! Their office is beautiful, clean and very welcoming. Their prices are extremely competitive and you really get a good bang for your buck!

Having fillers and Botox for the first time, I was amazed at the treatment I received there. Nicole, the aesthetician, RN is extremely gentle and knowledgeable in all the products she uses. I was extremely excited with the results.

Premier Medial Aesthetics is the best place to go for injections and laser treatments.
My initial visit was with Kyndra was for laser hair removal. She makes you feel so comfortable. After that visit I enjoyed Kyndra and Nicole so much I feel comfortable having Nicole do my injections. She really is a master injector that makes you look refreshed and natural. With Kyndra’s expertise on the laser and Nicole’s advanced injection training you really cannot go wrong booking an appointment at PMA.

I’ve been seeing Nicole for years and I’m so excited that her and Kendra have moved into a beautiful new office!! Nicole has done IPL, dermaplane, and microneedling on me and she is absolutely amazing at everything! Nicole’s skincare knowledge is extensive and she does a great job explaining procedures and aftercare in a clear and concise way so I always feel completely comfortable. Nicole always know exactly what my skin needs and I trust her recommendations because I always leave her office glowing!!
I was really impressed with the staff and how at ease I felt under the care of Nicole, the RN. Having needles put into your face can make anybody uneasy but Nicole had a gentle touch. The results were great and I will be back for Botox and another IPL.

Kyndra is a magician with the laser, there’s seriously no one better for fractional laser or IPL! I’ve been a coming to her for years. Ive been following Nicole around for many years and I’m so happy she’s landed in this beautiful office in La Costa!! She does great work! You cant trust just anyone when having procedures done to your face. You need to know your nurse understands you and your needs/style while still having a very professional and knowledgeable background. Nicole is just that, she is amazing!! I love her gentle touch with needles too, because those things suck and she makes it painless with beautiful results.
All I can say about this place is WOW! I came in initially to get an IPL and now have received dermaplane, chemical peels, and my favorite… Botox! I saw Nicole for all of these visits and she is now the only person I trust to touch my face. The way she does Botox makes you look very natural, she never over does it! She is very thorough when explaining procedures. Her knowledge on all procedures and products is extensive! She always makes me feel calm and relaxed even with a needle in my face! Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit here….you won’t be disappointed!

Clean, efficient, and professional. Thoughtful staff and I am thrilled my results.
