Our healthcare business is quite complex, treating a range of conditions from chronic pain, women’s health, and female infertility to migraine headaches and small bowel obstructions. Topping off that challenge, I am a writer and former Curator at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Thus, I am very picky for both accurate text, and beautiful artwork.
The search for a website design team for us has been quite a challenge. Finding O-360 was like finding an oasis in the desert.

Truly Spectacular Artistry and Execution!
The creative team at 0360, led in our case by creative director Matthew Chau, was simly spectacular. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would!
To start, I reviewed the websites of over a dozen professional design teams, some medical, others not. While it was pricier, we are so glad that we chose this team! Our website shows people who we are, and how we treat them. Patients make major healthcare decisions based on what they read and see at our website – so important in business.
o360 made sense to me for several reasons, starting with their focus on creating clean, classy pages to appeal to healthcare physicians and consumers. The website they made for us is beyond our most cherished dreams!
We presented an immense challenge we presented to any designer for several reasons:
1) We have a tremendous amount of content; o360 had to recreate over 200 pages of often interlinked content including long pages of text interlaced with photos, illustrations and captions. We also had written, audio, and video testimonials, podcasts and videocast lectures from therapists and physicians, with success rates and data from a dozen peer-reviewed studies. Many other pages described a wide variety of diagnoses with explanations of how our therapy could help each. Through all of this, o360 had to create a “visitor flow” that would invite viewers to easily apply for therapy and complete required documentation – at any point in their visit.
2) I am incredibly picky – a terrible perfectionist. In my youth, I was guest curator at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, so color, composition and style are very important to me. I am also an author, so text, grammar, explanations and image captions had to be presented in a way that was scholarly, compelling and informative but not overwhelming. Part of the challenge was to provide a website that would be respected by physicians, but easily understood by the general public.
3) As an all-cash practice in a field that can be considered ‘alternative,’ the challenge was to present our business as professional and scientifically valid: friendly, educational and informative without being ‘salesy’ or straying from mainstream medicine. o360 had to present a huge volume of material with great depth of content in a way that was easy to navigate so a website visitor would be inspired to easily ‘apply for therapy’ at any point in their visit.
4) Because our practice focuses on decreasing adhesions manually, our clients range from 20-plus year-old infertile women to 85 year-old geriatrics with life-threatening bowel obstructions. Thus, text and images on our pages had to be lovely and sensitive, but also legible and understandable to an older demographic.
I was stunned by Matt’s responsiveness and the quality of the final product. Through the design and construction of our website to the finished product, he and his team have been nothing short of spectacular. They exhibited a rare combination of fine artistry and sensitivity, classy and well-balanced compositions, wonderful graphic elements, and artistic style. Throughout the process, they coupled their artistry and imagination with a degree of patience, support and understanding of our vision and needs that was both wonderful and unexpected. As a tiny example, we had concerns that their original (lovely) gray text might be difficult to read by geriatrics. Matt changed the text color and font size several times without a single complaint until we came to a product we all agree on – one that is both beautiful, and legible to all.
I cannot thank Matt and his team enough for the work that they did, the artistry with which they presented our practice, the understanding and support that they gave us at every step of the way. I needed a custom website for my chiropractic practice and the options were really confusing. In the end, I decided to go with o360 as their examples looked the best to me. I am happy I made that decision. The site is beautiful and we get a compliment from our patients. It sets us aside as many of my competitors have sites that are not even close to the class of my site. I only gave a 4-star because the project took 5-6 weeks. I expected it to be done in half of that time. But the result is great and I do recommend them if you are in the market for a new website.

Joe K. was with me throughout the entire process. I called he answered. Matt C. kept up with my infinite questions and demands for website design and setup. Even on weekends. Chandra T. took care of not only billing questions and concerns but even helped add last-minute content to the website. Alec J. was very informative and patient as this was my first go-around with SEO and PPC.

We signed up with O360 around a year ago or so. The design process went pretty smooth and the site looked pretty good. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of our project manager but she was very nice and quick. We actually got good feedback from pateints too.
A couple of months ago we had a little slow down at the office, so I contacted them to see if there is anything O360 can do for us. I talked to a gentleman named Alec or maybe Alex? (sorry). Apparently he is a dentist so it was very easy to talk to him. He suggested Google ads and also SEO work that apparently are two different things.
It has been just a few months, but, considering the investment, I have to say I am very impressed. I never thought much of online marketing, but, now that I compare the result with other things we did, I am wondering why we spent that much on postcards and other ads.
I think if you have a website and considering online marketing you should consider this company. They are very honest and transparent. I exactly know how much of my money goes to Google and what not. The ROI is fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

I will start by saying that selecting a web developer for any business can be overwhelming and stressful. After reviewing and evaluating multiple companies we selected O360.
The business relationship started off great although there were ups and downs with the process. The primary downs were timing and communication issues.
There were times where the frustration really mounted with our 1st contact/consultant which had us experiencing buyers remorse but the situation was ultimately resolved when Charles B. came into the picture as our new account manager.
Charles B. Diligently worked to resolve all issues with our web design and made certain that our finished product was in line with our vision. He took the time to listen, understand and deliver a quality product. Working with Charles B. you never get a no, instead you get action and the genuine attempt to resolve your concern or issue. If he can’t immediately resolve he ensures the O360 team gets it done. In our practice, like any business, time is valuable and can not be wasted on repeat concerns/problems.

We were ready to change up our website management, and decided to give Optimized 360 a shot. Danny and Jan were amazing and a pleasure to work with!! I have never seen anyone actually getting patients from their website, ever. I prefer to put ads on the Yellow Pages. I think that works better
I’ll be the first to admit: I don’t know the first thing about websites. I type in words into a box and they appear. All I knew was that I needed one for my business, and was referred to O360 by a close professional friend. For someone who gets intimidated at the thought of signing up for an e-mail, this was perfect! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. The staff took me through the steps to help me get exactly what I wanted, and taught me all the steps I needed to know to maintain it myself. I can’t say enough how happy I am with their service.
