Kudos to Dr Nguyen for Having a P.A. like Lourdes Orellana. This lady is God gifted and pretty much the reason i am alive today. Let me explain, i went to see Lourdes with a simple stomach pain, so i thought, but her experience and instinct or training told her otherwise. She submitted a ultrasound and it reveiled a potatoe size anuerism in a lower aorta. It was a dangerous size and could have taken my life at any moment. A surgery later and im alive and well today. This office has highly skilled and trained professionals that i reccomend to anyone who would like great one on one care. They listen to your every word and genuinely care for your feelings and well being. I hope P.A. Lourdes Orellana never decides to move because i will have to move too. I love my doctors.
I don’t think I’ve ever received the healthcare that I do with Conroe Family Doctor, they’re thorough, very caring, they listen, and they want to get to bottom of whatever is bothering you, they’ll leave no “stone” unturned until they find out. Dr. Nguyen and her staff will take the best care of their patients. I recommend them very highly!
I saw the nurse practitioner Bethany Manard. She had a great bedside manner. Very good at explaining why she does what she does. Made me feel like I’ve been a patient for years, and it was my first visit. She also took the time to listen, everyone from the front desk to the lab technicians were very kind and welcoming. If you’re looking for a doctor’s office, look no further.

My experience with Dr. Nguyen or her p.a. L. Orellana has always been positive, professional, and thorough. They really listen and work diligently to help, find causes, and or make referrals. The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.
Last week, I visited Dr. Trang’s office. Going to a doctor’s office is certainly not one of my favorite things to do. However, I found my experience to be as pleasant as any doctor visit could be. The front office was courteous, friendly and professional. When I first checked in, they knew who I was, the time of my appointment, and the reason for my visit. My wait in the waiting room was not long at all. In fact, I got to the office a little early and I was taken to the back to a waiting room by one of the doctor’s assistance at the time of my original appointment. My vitals were taken and the assistant was also courteous, friendly, and professional. I felt very comfortable. She informed me of my vitals and told me that Dr. Trang would be in shortly to visit with me. In less than 5 minutes, Dr. Trang came into the room and discussed with me the reason for my visit. One thing that I really liked was that Dr. Trang did not hurry me or rush me. She answered all of my questions and explained my treatment in detail. She told me that I would need to come back for a follow up in about six weeks. Upon leaving, I made the appointment for my follow-up visit, which was very easy to do. I would rate this as one of the best doctor’s experiences that I have had. I would highly recommend Dr. Trang and her staff to anyone who needs medical care.

Dr. Nguyen is the best Family Doctor my wife and I have ever had… She is extremely knowledge friendly and pays strict attention to detail… and treats us as far as our care goes as one of the family… It is amazing how she remembers the details of your personal life from the last conversation at her office… She doesn’t mess around either… When she diagnosed me with Diabetes July of 2015… she quickly set in motion the appointments to other doctors which happen to have in my opinion saved my life though she defers praise or credit on her part… The Cardiologist she referred me to was excellent and I had 2 heart stents put in that gave me a new lease on life… To sum up, in our opinion, she is a lifesaver as well as a caregiver.
